Revsharks has successfully established itself in the highly competitive iGaming niche. Looking back, what key stages in your affiliate program’s development do you consider to be the most significant turning points? Additionally, which traffic acquisition strategies delivered the best results for you in the 2024-2025 landscape?

The most significant turning point for us was building a strong analytics foundation, which allowed us to deeply understand how different player segments behave. By carefully studying nuances like payment characteristics, payment habits, and even different engagement patterns, we were able to identify the strengths and weaknesses of each market and adapt our strategies accordingly. 

In 2024-2025, our traffic acquisition strategy has mainly focused on SEO, as it brings the highest quality traffic. Instead of just securing top positions on major sites and waiting for traffic, our team works closely with our SEO partners. Based on our daily analysis of market dynamics and in-house analytics, we help our partners identify growth opportunities and achieve strong results. We take a broader and deeper view of the market, which allows us to highlight key trends and offer effective, data-driven solutions. We’re also always ready to suggest or work with publishers on creating individual landing pages to improve performance. Given that Google rankings are constantly evolving and often unpredictable, this collaborative, insight-driven approach allows us to maintain stable traffic while building stronger, long-term partnerships.

As a result, within 1 year, we saw GGR grow by 325%, and FTDs rise by 228%.

Choosing the right software is the foundation for scaling a business. Why did you decide to partner with Affilka, and how did the platform contribute to your growth?

The affiliate marketing market is becoming increasingly personalised and competitive. How does Revsharks, being such a fast growing brand in 2024-2025, maintain long-term loyalty among webmasters?

A key factor behind this achievement is our people. Our team is made up of professionals with nearly 20 years of combined experience, so we have a solid understanding of how to build and maintain long-term partnerships. For us, personalization is not a new trend – it has always been our core approach. 

Coming from a network background, where we’ve worked with both affiliates and thousands of brands, we fully understand how crucial data transparency is, especially in a complex market like iGaming. Our commitment to transparency is clearly reflected in the commissions our affiliates receive. Sometimes affiliates decline to give us top exposure because other brands offer higher fees, but after a while, they come back to us as they realize the revenue we bring is stable, and thus more profitable in the long run. This level of consistency and transparency is why we’re able to maintain our presence on valuable sources and earn trust to collaborate with new partners.

The gaming industry is in a constant state of flux, from shifting regulations to the rise of crypto trends. What do you see as the primary challenges today, and what tools or platforms, such as Affilka, help you adapt to these changes?

At Revsharks, we don’t just see constant changes in regulations and Google dynamics as a challenge but also as a major opportunity to learn, adapt and grow stronger as a team. 

Our main principle is not putting all our eggs in one basket. Instead of relying on traditional traffic sources or some main markets, we always try to maintain a healthy balance between stable sources and key geos, while staying open to exploring new traffic channels and new markets. This approach allows us to reduce risk while continuously discovering new growth opportunities. We use Affilka as one of the tools to monitor detailed, real-time performance data, which, combined with our internal analytics, allows us to provide precise feedback on traffic and quickly identify potential blind spots.

Looking ahead, where do you see Revsharks in the next 2–3 years? Do you have plans to explore new GEOs or launch new brands, and how will Affilka support you in achieving these ambitious goals?

Everyone loves “aggressive growth” – we’re more interested in not screwing it up. Our focus over the next two to three years is not just rapid expansion, but building a healthy and scalable ecosystem for both our brands and our affiliates.

We are planning to launch new brands and expand our product offering. Until now, our main focus has been on the casino segment, but we are also exploring opportunities in sports betting, prediction markets and sweepstakes, which are completely new verticals for us. Entering this space will open the door to new audiences and new types of affiliates, but it also means we need to approach it with strong preparation and the right data-driven strategy. Looks like Affilka won’t be getting a break from us anytime soon 🙂

At the same time, we understand that growth is not possible without strong retention. We are currently building our own call center and testing different retention strategies – from Telegram engagement with bonuses to various dedicated landing pages. 

In addition, we are expanding beyond our traditional focus on SEO and PPC by creating specialized mini-teams for different traffic channels, as each requires its own expertise. We’ve already started working with trusted partners on social traffic such as Facebook and In-app, and the early results are promising. We recognize that only a limited number of companies in the market have truly learned how to work efficiently with this source, and that presents an exciting challenge for us. This year we’re determined to really crack the code. Moving forward, we also plan to build a dedicated Influencer department to work with streamers and content creators, and explore more organic channels like Shorts, Reels, and X (Twitter).
