Affiliate marketing is by far the most effective marketing tool to promote iGaming brands. Affiliates help operators attract potential players to their websites, and in return they get paid for the traffic they bring. Our affiliate marketing software is designed to help iGaming businesses to build their own affiliate programs, establish strong and transparent relationships with their partners, connect with their players and increase revenues through their affiliates.
Affilka provides the necessary tools for managing your affiliate database. You can view your affiliates’ account information and contact details, assign affiliate managers to your partners, verify or block affiliate accounts, approve their documents, tag affiliates with custom labels for ease of navigation and leave comments on affiliate accounts for your team. You can also manage affiliate rewards, payments and balance, assign personal commission plans, media, landings and bonus codes to your affiliates, analyse affiliate statistics, define report visibility settings for your affiliates individually.
It is crucial for every affiliate program to make timely payouts to their affiliates. And just as important is to do it efficiently, preferably in just a few clicks. With Affilka your financial managers won’t have to process affiliate invoices one-by-one because our solution comes with a bunch of integrated payment methods: Neteller, Skrill, Cryptoprocessing, Ecopayz and Bank transfer, with even more to come. All affiliate payments can be processed from Affilka back-office, so you don’t need to export affiliate payments and process them elsewhere.
It is also possible to add non-integrated PSPs for affiliate cashouts into affiliate program configuration and process payments manually or process payments using our Financial API.
Our reports allow you to view and analyse performance of all of your brands, affiliates, affiliate campaigns, and referral links.
Reporting filters and data groupings are extremely flexible, providing you with the reports you need with a desired level of detail.
You can filter the reports by specific date range, iGaming brand, affiliate manager, affiliate, group of affiliates, commission strategy, campaign, promo, etc. You can break down data by players, custom dynamic tracking parameters, player countries, segment data by registration date, first deposit date, etc.
We capture all player activities in various currencies. You can choose to view the reports in the actual player currencies or convert activities into a currency of your choice.
In addition to player activities, we collect and reflect various player attributes and attribute changes (e.g. duplicate, self-excluded, disabled accounts), as well as numerous expenses an iGaming brand may incur on a player level (e.g. bonuses, chargebacks, third-party fees).
All reports can be extracted in csv, json, and xml formats.
As far as access levels are concerned, affiliate managers can see the reporting only on their affiliates, whereas affiliates can see only those data fields, filters and data groupings which you share with them within report visibility settings.
With Affilka, you can easily upload banners and add landings to your affiliate program settings. You can make them private and assign them to specific affiliates, or make them publicly available to all your partners. Likewise, you can make banners and landings visible to specific affiliate program operators, thus they won’t be able to see any creatives other than those assigned to them.
You can offer a wide variety of commission plans to your affiliates, from standard CPA, RevShare and Hybrid deals to your own unique reward algorithms. You can create conditional tiers based on net revenue, deposits count, depositing players count/sum, FTD count, wager amount, subaffiliate earnings, etc. A reward may be a percent of net revenue, a percent of deposits sum, a percent of subaffiliate earnings, wager percent, flat fees, etc.
In addition, you may pay fixed rewards for players who qualify against such criteria as FTD amount, wager/bet amount, deposits sum/count, etc.
You can set different rules for different countries, exclude certain players from rewards calculation if they are duplicates or blocked or have set a self-exclusion limit or are already qualified in another brand of yours, or if their registration happened a long time ago, etc.
As far as negative carryover approaches are concerned, it is possible to either ignore and forgive negative debt altogether or transfer negative carryover to the next reporting period, either fully or partially. Negative carryover in cryptocurrencies may be offset by positive rewards in fiat currencies and vice versa, or may be ignored.
Affiliate rewards may be paid out monthly, weekly, biweekly, daily or on specific dates of the month.
Your affiliates can invite sub-affiliates to your affiliate program and get paid for their referrals. It’s a win-win, you get new affiliates, and consequently, new players, and your partners get remuneration for referring new partners to your iGaming brands. The number of sub-affiliate tiers you can create within the commissions constructor is unlimited.
Postbacks are a type of conversion tracking protocol that happens on the side of the server. It allows your affiliate program to send the required conversion data to an affiliate tracker whenever a certain event occurs. Thus, affiliates can always be in the loop on various player activities without having to log in each time to track their stats.
Postbacks are triggered on multiple events such as player registration, first deposit, any deposit, player qualification, prequalification and disqualification as well as net gaming revenue of a particular player. Postbacks are accompanied by multiple variables associated with a specific event, for example, visit id, deposit amount, wager amount, net revenue amount, transaction id, etc.
Affiliates can easily set up postbacks in their affiliate account directly from the interface as well as include their own custom parameters to be sent with postbacks (e.g. click id, web id, etc).
As an operator, you may choose postbacks types which will be available in your affiliate program globally as well as on individual affiliate level.
As an Operator, you can configure a list of dynamic tracking parameters which will be accepted within affiliate tracking links and stored as player attributes. For example, your affiliates may send over clickID and webID within their tracking links. These are affiliates’ own custom parameters which they may later use to analyse their traffic in their tracking systems.
These dynamic parameters can be used in postbacks as well as in operator and affiliate reports: you can filter/group the reports by these parameters, or exclude certain parameters from your search.
You can customise your affiliate program interface using our Frontend API to tailor it to your business needs. You can design and develop your own affiliate program landing page, change the interface of the affiliate profile, create your own custom view of the admin interface, or use our default design, add your affiliate program logo to the application and choose the localisations of your affiliate program representation.
With Affilka, you can integrate all of your iGaming brands and products into one affiliate program. Uniting multiple brands under one roof is a great way to increase brands exposure, maximise revenues generated by each brand, improve productivity of your team members and decrease various operational costs.
Brands, creatives, landings, affiliate accounts, balances, reports, commission settings are all managed from a single back-office.
Your partners are spared the trouble of undergoing a registration and onboarding procedure with every newly added brand. They can start promoting any of your brands right away, as soon as these brands are added to the affiliate program.
Access to the affiliate program is role-based. You can give your team members full access to the entire program or limit them to specific sections and actions. For example, your affiliate managers may have access only to those affiliates whom they invited and to whom they are assigned. Your support users may be limited to uploading creatives and media and configuring commission plans whereas financial managers may be the only ones on the team allowed to perform any money-related activities (e.g. approve affiliate cash-outs, manage rewards, change balances).
You can also whitelist IPs allowed to log into the back-office.
Every action of your team members is logged and tracked in the event-tracking section of the back-office. Thus, as a business owner, you are always in the loop on what’s happening within your affiliate program and you have full control over who sees and does what.
Affiliates drive traffic to your iGaming websites. This is the essence of affiliate marketing. If referral links are not functional, your brands lose their potential players, and affiliates do not get their rewards.
This is why our primary goal is to ensure that affiliate links are working 100% of the time so that your potential users always get redirected to your iGaming brands at all costs. Our visit-tracking application handles high loads of multiple requests simultaneously and allows us to achieve high-availability and fault-tolerance.
