SBC Summit 2026: Highlights & Takeaways
From September 29 to October 1, Lisbon hosted the SBC Summit 2026, which was traditionally attended by the Affilka team, a software provider for affiliate marketing in the iGaming industry.
Every event of this scale is, first and foremost, about communication: with current and potential partners and clients, old friends and new acquaintances, industry veterans and promising newcomers. At the same time, each event is distinct and offers a completely unique experience. The industry never stands still, it is not only the infrastructure and the balance of power among players that are constantly shifting, but also the overall news background. Because of this, the conversations at the booths often reflect the most pressing issues and challenges within the industry. Affilka’s managers are here to share what was discussed at the SBC Summit 2026 in Portugal.
Product Updates and Affiliate Management Trends
While one of the central topics at iGB L!VE 2026 was the recent Football World Cup (read more in our “Affilka’s World Cup Recap”), the focus at the SBC Summit 2026 shifted toward summarizing the results of the first three quarters of 2026 and outlining plans and forecasts for 2027. You can explore Affilka’s key milestones for the first half of the year in our article, “Affilka H1 2026 Report”.
According to Karina Rudenko, Business Development Manager at Affilka, many guests at our booth congratulated the team on securing the leading position in the Q2 2026 StatsDrone ASR: “For our current clients, this is an additional confirmation that they made the right software choice. For potential clients, it is an extra reason to pay attention to us and consider starting a partnership. Even when it comes to project migration, we have extensive experience in this area, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free process for the client.”
In addition to our previous affiliate marketing software updates (you can find our press releases on the blog), the team discussed the two latest feature releases with clients and partners: “Brand Access Management” and “Cohort Analytics & API-Driven Campaign Automation for Affiliates”. We received highly positive feedback and took note of other requests and ideas from the affiliate managers working with our platform. This is exactly the kind of information we value most, as our primary goal is to optimize managers’ workflows and build an infrastructure that meets all modern requirements for professional affiliate program management software in iGaming.
Another topic of discussion at our booth was our participation in the “United for Impact” Charitable Initiative. You can find more detailed information about this in our dedicated article, “Affilka Joins the ‘United for Impact’ Charitable Initiative”.
The Affilka team would like to thank the organizers and all participants of the SBC Summit 2026 for a fantastic exhibition, a great atmosphere, and excellent networking! See you at the next event, and may the opportunities for effective communication only continue to grow.
