A Closer Look at Affilka’s Sub-affiliate Module
Expanding your affiliate ecosystem is a major milestone, but managing multi-level structures requires the right set of tools to keep everything running smoothly. The Sub-affiliate Module in Affilka is a powerful solution designed to handle this complexity with ease. Let’s explore its capabilities and see how it can help you track and reward your partners more effectively.
Comprehensive Insights: The Sub-affiliate Report
To truly understand the health of your program, you need transparency. The new Sub-affiliate Report provides operators with a deep dive into sub-affiliate activity, clearly mapping out parent-sub-affiliate relationships and all associated performance metrics. This report is your go-to source for granular data. To help you find exactly what you need, we’ve included an extensive range of filters, including but not limited to:
- Date Range, Parent Affiliate IDs, and Sub-affiliate IDs.
- Sub-affiliate Levels and specific campaigns/reflinks/strategies.
The report allows you to track key metrics such as Player Registrations, FTD count and sum, Deposit count and sum, as well as Sub-affiliate NGR across Casino, Sportsbook, and Poker. For maximum flexibility, you can break down this data by period (Day, Week, Month, or Year), by strategy, or by promo. And when it’s time for a deeper analysis, you can easily export your findings in XLSX, XML, or JSON formats.
Flexible Growth: Sub-affiliate Rewards
Building a loyal program starts with a fair and flexible reward system. Affilka allows each affiliate to invite others and earn a commission from their success, offering two distinct ways to structure these rewards:
- Sub-affiliate Earnings %. This model allows the parent affiliate to earn a commission based on the total rewards issued to their “child” affiliates, regardless of the specific commission type they are on.
- Sub-affiliate NGR %. For those who prefer a more direct link to performance, this model allows parent affiliates to receive a percentage of the Net Gaming Revenue (NGR) generated by their sub-affiliates’ players during a specific reporting period.
We know that every business strategy is unique. That’s why we’ve added additional modifiers that give operators full control. For instance, you can set different reward rates for specific brands within a single sub-affiliate commission structure, such as offering one rate for Brands A and B while applying a different rate for Brand C.
When dealing with large volumes in affiliate marketing, maintaining absolute order in your data is paramount. The ability to manage and control every detail ensures a smooth, scalable operation. Affilka’s suite of tools is designed to support these custom approaches, providing the precision and flexibility that experienced affiliate managers need to achieve outstanding results.
